Fermentation Workshop

Have you ever wanted to make your own sauerkraut or kimchi? Penn State Greenhouse Manager, Scott DiLoreto, will lead us through this hands-on workshop where participants will make their own 'kraut-chi'. We must limit this workshop to 25 people since supplies are limited. Please register here for the event.
